A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting. Key Responsibilities Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value from finance and accounting functions Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll oversight Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms Strong QuickBooks Online experience; knowledge of Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
