Operations Associate
A company is looking for an Operations II. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial case reviews to determine dispatch needs and attempt remote resolution Provide technical review and remote support for parts and instructions to achieve first-time fix Prepare reports and records on departmental activities and assist in case management Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in Technical or Business emphasis Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education A+ certification for technical roles, along with hardware knowledge and experience Familiarity with Microsoft Office Organizational skills and ability to follow defined processes
