Financial Analyst, Fixed Asset Accounting

A company is looking for a Financial Analyst, Fixed Asset & Property Accounting, who will support the capital expenditure process and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Record acquisitions, dispositions, and transfers of fixed assets; track and compile project costs Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and analyze store-level data trends Review and validate building expenses, research discrepancies, and assist with annual budget reviews Required Qualifications 1+ years of hands-on accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting Master's degree in Accounting (MAcc) or MBA preferred Public accounting experience (Big 4 is a plus) preferred CPA certification or progress toward it preferred
