Helpdesk Technician
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
Track incidents and calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate course finished
Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
Prior experience in Software Application support or Technical Support is a plus
Willingness to work in different shifts
