Key Responsibilities Drive digital and technology transformation initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness Oversee the integration and optimization of technology platforms and manage stakeholder engagement for program execution Advance project management and change leadership practices, focusing on continuous improvement and supplier lifecycle processes Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 12 years of experience, Master's Degree with 10 years, or PhD with 8 years of experience 10+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in program or change management and 7+ years in source-to-pay In-depth knowledge of procurement technology platforms and experience in managing technology integration projects Experience in cross-functional process improvement efforts and creating standard operating procedures Strong understanding of end-to-end supplier lifecycle processes, including risk assessment and onboarding
