Key Responsibilities
Resolve insurance requests quickly and accurately for current clients
Deliver top-tier customer experience and educate customers on program benefits
Maintain accountability and adhere to processes related to customer follow-up and data gathering
Required Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license before starting
2+ years of experience in insurance customer service, specifically with DP3 policies
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Experience using software tools such as Salesforce, Excel, and G Suite
Strong process orientation and a desire for continuous improvement
