Senior Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Accounting. Key Responsibilities Supervise the global accounting team and manage key financial processes including monthly close and account reconciliations Serve as the technical U.S. GAAP subject matter expert and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies Drive cash flow forecasting and enhance internal control procedures while overseeing staff development and performance reviews Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting; MBA or CPA preferred 10+ years of accounting management experience, including 4 years in software Strong proficiency in NetSuite and Excel Experience with multi-country operations and acquisition integration highly desirable Proven track record in leading accounting teams in high-growth software companies
