Global Procurement Manager

A company is looking for a Global Procurement Category Manager - Marketing, Events, & Travel. Key Responsibilities Provide global strategy and support for procurement contracts administration, including managing, drafting, and negotiating agreements Lead cross-functional teams through negotiations and drive the entire negotiation process Manage and maintain all contracts, policies, and procedures, while providing analysis on costs and opportunities for savings Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred with 8+ years of related contract work experience International experience is required; previous experience with a SaaS technology company is highly desirable Strong understanding of contracting, software licensing, and intellectual property rights Working knowledge of a Contract Lifecycle Management tool Solid knowledge of commonly-used procurement concepts, practices, and procedures
