Workday HR Systems Specialist
A company is looking for an HR Systems Analyst (Time & Attendance).
Key Responsibilities
Optimize Workday HCM capabilities related to Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling through process improvement and configuration
Support the configuration and maintenance of Workday workforce management modules
Provide user training and ongoing support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least two years of relevant professional experience
Expertise in Workday modules related to Time and Attendance, Leave, and Scheduling
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and implementing solutions
Ability to work independently and collaboratively on system and process challenges
Knowledge of HR processes, including time tracking and workforce scheduling
