Key Responsibilities Provide real-time guidance and assistance to HelpLine Specialist volunteers and interns Monitor, evaluate, and coach volunteers to ensure adherence to service models and policies Respond to HelpLine inquiries via calls, chats, and emails, and assist with resource directory audits Required Qualifications Experience in a fast-paced team environment, particularly in helpline or customer service settings Knowledge of mental health services and basic understanding of mental illness Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technologies Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Spanish language proficiency is highly desired
