Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the first global HRIS and ensure system design supports scalability and compliance
Redesign employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency and compliance, while overseeing operational documentation
Drive integration of knowledge management tools with HRIS to enhance information access and collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in HR operations or global systems implementation
Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations
Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes and global compliance
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI, and SQL
Proven success in building and managing diverse, high-performing teams
