A company is looking for an Associate Director, People Infrastructure and Systems Innovation. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of the first global HRIS and ensure data integrity and compliance Redesign employee lifecycle processes for improved efficiency and establish service-level agreements Drive the integration of knowledge management tools with HR systems to enhance collaboration and access Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in HR operations and global systems implementation Experience leading HRIS implementation and managing systems integrations Strong understanding of HR life cycle and global compliance Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Proven ability to build and manage diverse, high-performing teams
