HRIS Analyst
A company is looking for a Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst to provide support for HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 2 support for system issues and troubleshoot problems
Perform audits on current data and assist with testing and quality assurance validation
Support system maintenance, upgrades, and the implementation of new features
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior experience with Workday configuration preferred
Strong technical abilities in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to use reporting tools and analyze data
Strong initiative to learn and adapt to new technologies
