Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Manage and support a team of HRIS Analysts in delivering annual processes and new features focused on automation
Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze HRIS data and drive informed decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience; relevant experience may substitute for education
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in areas such as HCM, Compensation, and Benefits
Leadership experience including change management and team development
Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design and configuration
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software
