Human Resources Representative II
A company is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Representative II to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Address and resolve escalated HR inquiries, including complex payroll and tax-related matters
Investigate and resolve unique employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs)
Collaborate with HR Advisors and other departments to streamline processes and enhance team alignment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in human resources or related fields
Proficiency in HR administration, including payroll, policy interpretation, and employee relations
Experience with database management and process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs) and HR systems
Flexibility to work variable schedules, including nights, weekends, and overtime
