Indirect Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of 3-6 Account Executives to meet and exceed sales goals
Manage personal sales pipeline while identifying and closing new business opportunities
Analyze team performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and boost productivity
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments
Strong understanding of solution-based selling, with experience in small to medium-sized businesses
Passionate about mentoring and creating a positive team culture
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred
Able to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize performance
