Technical Support Specialist II
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical solutions for advanced assay and instrument-related issues via telecommunications and other technologies
Lead troubleshooting management on multiple product platforms and communicate effectively with customers
Perform case management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Degree or certification in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a BS in a STEM field with 2 years of related experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist I or Field Engineer
Strong technical skills related to product technology and disease processes
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficient in computer skills, particularly with MS Office, and capable of quickly learning new systems
