Technical Support Specialist II
A company is looking for a Technical Solutions Specialist II to provide support for Clinical Chemistry testing platforms and assays.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical solutions for assay and instrument-related issues via telecommunication and other technologies
Lead troubleshooting management for laboratory instrumentation using defined methodologies
Identify root causes of customer-reported issues and deliver appropriate solutions while supporting continuous quality improvement
Required Qualifications
Degree or certification in Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Technology, or a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Technical and professional knowledge of systems and solutions, with MS Office competency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams
Less than 10% travel required
