A company is looking for an International Quality Assurance Coordinator. Key Responsibilities Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA evaluation processes Conducts quality evaluations of interpretation sessions and updates interpreter profiles Resolves interpreter inquiries and collaborates with QA Team Members on departmental projects Required Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency Minimum of 6 months interpreting experience Preferred experience in office administration and/or client service Ability to type 30 WPM or more Proficient in Microsoft Office
