Automotive Coaching Specialist
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach responsible for coaching clients to maximize key focus areas during the Stay Smart coaching approach. Key Responsibilities Utilize consultative methods and prior experience to drive change in designated areas Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to confirm and measure implemented changes Update CRM with necessary notes and changes and promote additional products based on client outcomes Required Qualifications 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred 2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience required Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions Experience in managing multiple accounts and prioritizing tasks effectively Comfortable interacting with all levels of management, including executives
