Commercial Sales Manager
A company is looking for a Sales Manager (Commercial) to lead product expansion initiatives across Commercial lines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to drive understanding and adoption of Commercial products within the GTM Regional Teams
Partner with the Commercial team and Marketing Strategist to develop and execute strategic plans
Identify and prioritize strategic field activities to foster relationships with agencies and partners
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in GTM, sales, product growth, or market expansion roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
Experience leading strategic product advocacy efforts and collaborating with senior business unit leaders
Extensive expertise in executive-level event prioritization and field engagement
8+ years of leadership experience in GTM, sales, growth, or market expansion roles is highly preferred
