IT Service Desk Technician
A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Professional I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide over-the-phone IT technical support for desktop applications, network troubleshooting, and clinical application support
Utilize IT tools to diagnose and resolve computer-related issues while ensuring maximum customer service
Log and document troubleshooting steps and solutions in accordance with knowledgebase practices
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School diploma / GED and one year certification from college or technical school or at least 1 year of customer service experience
Knowledge of computer, printer, and network troubleshooting and installation procedures
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and troubleshoot Microsoft products
Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday coverage as needed
