Key Responsibilities Manage, allocate, install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux) Monitor system performance and implement upgrades to ensure high availability and efficiency Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and continuity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or VMware Certified Professional Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong technical background for understanding infrastructure/environment Willingness to take ownership and accountability
