A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and manage IT operations for internal customers globally. Key Responsibilities Provide first point of contact support for internal customers in the North America region Manage user accounts, permissions, and hardware procurement while ensuring reliable service Collaborate on IT infrastructure projects and automate operational tasks using scripting technologies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in a similar IT support role Experience with MDM solutions and identity management systems Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 and managing Local Active Directory Experience with PowerShell for automation tasks
