IT Support Technician
A company is looking for an IT Support Technician to provide technology support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and guidance for client end users, including hardware and application support
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, workstations, and applications
Create detailed documentation and complete work orders for all support incidents
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum 2-4 years of hands-on technology support experience
Experience with Microsoft desktop/server OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
Fundamental knowledge of networking and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, VPN, wireless technologies)
College degree in IT or a related field is preferred
Experience with backup and recovery of data is essential
