Source candidates globally using advanced search techniques and maintain strong communication with the team
Required Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, ideally focused on international IT or technical roles
Strong sourcing skills and proven ability to deliver full-cycle hiring across different geographies
Professional, structured, and proactive with a commitment to high-quality delivery
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus
Commercial mindset with a keen understanding of recruitment's role in business growth
