Tier 1 Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Computer Operator/Tier 1 Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 service desk support for various customer inquiries via phone and email
Assist with account access support, including password resets and unlocking accounts
Triage inquiries and escalate requests to appropriate IT departments as needed
Required Qualifications
GED or higher
Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends
Receptive to training for service desk operational processes
Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
All candidates must have lived in the United States for at least three of the last five years
