Key Responsibilities Develop and manage program-level Jira and Confluence instances, including requirements and reporting Collaborate with stakeholders to manage development tasks and ensure adherence to governance standards Conduct training sessions and facilitate executive-level meetings to promote Jira tool adoption Required Qualifications Significant experience with Jira project setup, reporting, and dashboarding Project management experience with optimization of business processes Expert-level experience with Kanban boards and team management Experience in a VA/VHA or health organization, particularly with EHR platforms 10 years of experience with Jira and Confluence certifications
