Lead People Analytics Analyst
A company is looking for a Lead People Reporting & Insights Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and maintenance of people analytics solutions using Workday tools
Drive the evolution of the people analytics function by implementing augmented analytics solutions
Develop a people analytics roadmap and partner with stakeholders to address critical business questions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
5-7+ years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
Extensive experience with Workday HCM systems and report development
Experience leading complex reporting and analytics projects
Preferred certifications in Workday Reporting, HCM, or Prism Analytics
