Lead Sales Account Executive
A company is looking for a Lead Account Executive & Sales Manager to drive pipeline generation and deal execution. Key Responsibilities Drive pipeline generation strategy and ensure SDRs source 20-30% of total pipeline Refine and improve sales playbooks and manage a high-performing SDR team Own pipeline reporting and deal inspection to track performance and establish conversion benchmarks Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an SDR or equivalent in outbound sales 3-5 years of Enterprise AE experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals Proven success in multi-threading and prospecting into executive buyers Strong track record in building and executing sales playbooks Proficiency in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
