A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst II. Key Responsibilities Support the Compliance Program through audit, monitoring, and corrective action management Collaborate with high-risk areas to ensure effective compliance program execution Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of compliance policies and training Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent relevant experience Minimum of five years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, preferably with Government Program products Experience in corporate compliance, internal or external audit, or similar functions is preferred Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) is preferred Current clinical licensure may be desired for clinical-focused positions
