Leadership Development Consultant
A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant - Leadership Development.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of leadership development and effectiveness programs across the organization
Develop and manage leadership development programs for mid- and senior-level leaders, including event management and program analysis
Collaborate with leadership and HR to design and implement programs based on business insights and data-driven metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business
8-10+ years of related experience in learning, consulting, or program management roles focused on organizational effectiveness
Experience in developing and implementing leadership development programs across the enterprise
Expert facilitation skills with experience in various group settings
Understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning strategies
