Learning and Development Consultant
A company is looking for a Learning and Development Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and produce multimedia training resources focused on performance management topics
Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR teams to identify training needs and align with business objectives
Support change management initiatives related to performance management processes and conduct research for content development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in instructional design or training development, preferably in large corporate environments
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design principles
Familiarity with performance management concepts and processes
