A company is looking for an Associate, Loan Servicing. Key Responsibilities Serve as the Documentation Custodian and manage the Imaging and Imaging Review system Onboard loans into IBS and Portal Servicing Systems and process daily loan payments Interact with internal departments to forward loan documents and information Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of Loan Administration, Operations, and/or Servicing experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external personnel in a professional manner
