A company is looking for a Local Study Associate Director to lead Local Study Teams and manage clinical studies remotely. Key Responsibilities Lead Local Study Teams to ensure timely delivery of study commitments and compliance with regulations Coordinate site selection, monitoring activities, and manage study documentation and compliance Oversee budgeting, agreements, and payments related to clinical studies, ensuring adherence to local regulations Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Minimum 3 years of experience in Development Operations or related fields Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, preferably in life sciences Good knowledge of international guidelines such as ICH-GCP and local regulations Experience in managing cross-functional teams and clinical trials Ability to travel nationally and internationally as required
