Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve customer queries through various channels, enhancing customer satisfaction
Drive the Product Feedback program to advocate for software sellers and improve services
Contribute to team development by updating Knowledge Bases and identifying support workflow inefficiencies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in online customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience using browser developer tools
Experience using and testing APIs and providing support on API-related queries
Ability to make basic SQL queries
Experience working remotely and effectively communicating across different time zones
