Mac Support Technician
A company is looking for a Mac Support Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite, email, and chat support for end-user MAC and Windows systems and applications
Troubleshoot requests remotely via phone, email, or remote technologies
Support Microsoft Office applications for Mac and Windows users
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with MAC OS X and iOS
Minimum of three years in troubleshooting end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity
Proficiency with JAMF and broad knowledge of technology hardware and software
Thorough knowledge of peripherals in an enterprise environment
Experience with iPhone models thirteen or higher
