Manager of Reporting Analytics

A company is looking for a Manager, Reporting Analytics to lead a team responsible for company-wide metrics and reporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve metric definitions to ensure alignment and trust in critical KPIs Manage the reporting layer within the data warehouse to support scalable analytics and decision-making Design and deliver the official reporting suite, including dashboards and performance reviews for various stakeholders Required Qualifications 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in analytics or reporting teams Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Hex, BigQuery); familiarity with Python is a bonus Proven track record in owning metric definition frameworks and reporting infrastructure Experience in supporting Board-level and strategic reporting with high precision and accuracy Authorized to work lawfully in the United States without immigration sponsorship
