A company is looking for a Senior Epic Application Analyst. Key Responsibilities: Lead needs assessments, software design, and implementation efforts Manage projects through all phases using enterprise project management frameworks Troubleshoot application and interface issues, providing 24/7 on-call support as scheduled Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (required) Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Healthcare, or related field (preferred) Minimum 4 years of experience with Epic application design, configuration, and support Minimum 2 years in a healthcare IT environment (preferred) Epic Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance Certification (required)
