Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a scalable marketing operations strategy aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
Own the end-to-end marketing performance reporting framework and deliver insights on key performance indicators
Manage the marketing budget process and oversee the operational health of lead management and funnel optimization
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in marketing operations within a B2B SaaS company
Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce.com, LeanData, and Qualified
Proven track record in building attribution models and performance dashboards
Deep knowledge of demand generation funnels and campaign operations
Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with BI tools
