Member Support Advocate
A company is looking for a Member Support Advocate to assist members in navigating their health programs and accessing healthcare services. Key Responsibilities Answer questions about the Wellth Rewards program and assist with technical or app-related needs Assist members with healthcare access tasks, including finding providers and scheduling appointments Advocate for members by helping them understand and access available benefits and resources Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Prior customer service or healthcare navigation experience Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Understanding of health insurance or care coordination
