Key Responsibilities Customize, implement, and support CRM applications for clients Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CRM software, including system configuration and upgrades Lead analysis sessions with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations Required Qualifications and Education Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Development or as a technical consultant Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Power Platform experience is preferred Functional and/or Technical Certifications relevant to specialization
