A company is looking for a Transformation Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic design and execution of regional transformation projects and programs Design and implement change strategies to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and operating models Engage stakeholders and develop executive-level communications to drive understanding and action Required Qualifications At least seven (7) years of experience in transformation or change management Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira Extensive experience leading complex transformation initiatives from strategy to execution Proficient in various transformation methodologies like Prosci ADKAR and Lean Six Sigma B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
