Key Responsibilities Develop and execute training programs and materials for mechanical maintenance personnel Conduct hands-on training exercises and evaluate trainee proficiency in mechanical systems Coordinate with various departments and organizations to ensure compliance and effectiveness of training programs Required Qualifications 2 years of experience in commercial power plant nuclear mechanical maintenance or 4 years of military nuclear experience Mastery of skills in developing and modifying Maintenance & Technical training programs Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Ability to adapt to changes in plant design and procedures High degree of trust and integrity with a focus on teamwork
