Key Responsibilities Assist in the onboarding process for new lenders, ensuring a seamless transition across various teams Collaborate with training teams to educate stakeholders and promote the Figure product during onboarding Execute project plans and participate in partner meetings to track progress and address challenges Required Qualifications BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience Demonstrated understanding of project management processes and methods Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders High level of business acumen; B2B experience is a bonus Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus
