A company is looking for an Online Student Success and Engagement Coach (Part Time, Remote). Key Responsibilities: Assist in the orientation and support of new online master's students Manage student engagement programming and resources, including events and communications Provide direct support to students, including success coaching and tracking progress Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree At least three years of experience in student services in higher education Proficiency with learning management systems such as Sakai, Blackboard, or Canvas Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Flexibility to work evenings and occasional weekends
