Talent Systems Administrator
A company is looking for a Talent Systems Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for talent management systems, including Applicant Tracking, Performance Management, and Learning Management applications
Manage system administration, user access, process improvements, and provide technical support
Create and maintain technical documentation and deliver training support as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field
Experience administering human resources systems, preferably talent management platforms
Ability to manage data accurately and develop process solutions in a high-volume environment
Experience ensuring compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and standards
Demonstrated ability to apply independent judgment and advanced problem-solving
