Key Responsibilities Conduct proactive outreach and attend community events to promote services Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and community groups Provide consultations and training to consumers regarding telecommunications needs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience (preferred) At least one year of experience in outreach activities for communities with disabilities At least one year of experience working with deaf, hard of hearing, or disabled individuals At least one year of professional experience in a customer service environment Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred; ASL communication skills are a plus
