Part-Time Access Center Navigator

A company is looking for a Part-Time Access Center Navigator - Gastroenterology. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for referring physicians, patients, and caregivers to assist with assessing services and converting inquiries into appointments Navigate patients through the continuum of care, coordinating appointments, referrals, and addressing barriers to care Maintain accurate patient records and follow up with patients while collaborating with providers and care teams Required Qualifications 2-3 years of customer service or call center experience High school degree or equivalent; associate's degree preferred Healthcare experience including knowledge of medical terminology and managed care is strongly preferred Proficiency in using general office equipment, including multi-line telephone systems Ability to work quickly and make accurate decisions in a fast-paced environment
