A company is looking for a People Operations and Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain HRIS data integrity
Develop and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with labor laws
Generate HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations
