People Operations Analyst
A company is looking for a People Systems & Operations Analyst to join their People team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR systems and serve as the primary technical contact for troubleshooting and solutions
Maintain data integrity through regular audits and updates within the HRIS system
Collaborate on the implementation of new HR tech tools and optimize existing processes
Required Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in HRIS/people systems, including system configuration and reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with HR tools such as ADP, Pave, Lever, and/or Culture Amp
Knowledge of system security best practices and data integrity standards
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage timelines
